While working for an ice cream startup, I learned the important role design and customer experience play in a company's success. I took these lessons with me to other positions, first as a community outreach director at a Dallas co-working space, then as a housing and office manager for DevMountain, and most recently as a front-end developer for the product team at ParkHub. DevMountain provided me the opportunity to learn to code and ParkHub allowed me to combine my passion for design with my newfound passion for building digital products. My hobbies include barbecuing, fermentation, photography (see above, as well as @jjones421 on Instagram), dog walking, and hammock hangs.
